The prices below are based on 100 people.  For a personalised quote please contact us with the type of event, your location, rough number of guests and any of our services that interest you.  We attend events within Shropshire at no extra travel cost but can also travel within the U.K for a pre-arranged fee based on postcode and the nature of booking.  We are very flexible and love doing new things so give us any ideas you have for an event and we will see what we can do :)

• Vintage Ice Cream Caravan £550.00 for 3 serving hours and 5 flavours of Soft Scoop Gelato or Unlimited All Natural 'Whipped' Soft Serve Gelato all with toppings.  Discounted to £450.00 in the case of you wanting to use the Ice Cream Bike instead due to inclement weather

• Ice Cream Bike £350.00 for 3 serving hours or £250.00 for Self Serve Option both with 5 flavours and toppings

• Break Out Area £350.00 or £250.00 when booked with another service

• Our photography/vintage props box within area £100.00 when booked with another service

• Wedding Car £350.00 or £250.00 when booked with another service

• Please take a look at                            and tell us about your interest for any food options such as homemade cakes, hot waffles with the gelato, personalised sweets, etc, etc. This can all be done with or without Ice Cream at a personalised price.  We will give you a quote based on the number of guests and your requirements
